Beyond the books: attention, memory and the courage to begin.
UPRĀNA™
Inner Stability for the AI Age
How do we stay attentive, deliberate and human in a world that keeps asking for more of us? Founded by Debarati Mukhopadhyay, UPRĀNA brings this question into everyday life through reflections and practices for attention, body awareness and intentional action.
Leak → Lock → Direct
Leak: Notice what is pulling your attention away. Lock: Make room for a deliberate pause. Direct: Choose where your attention goes next.
FOOTNOTE ZERO
Forgotten lives. Overlooked histories.
A name in a footnote can hold an entire life. Created by Debarati Mukhopadhyay, Footnote Zero brings overlooked people and histories into focus: India’s freedom struggle, women left out of the record, and the memories held by places and everyday culture.
Through archival discoveries, visual stories and short films, the project invites us to look again at the past we think we know.
